VTUEEE Counseling: Schedule and Procedure

VTUEEE Counselling: All VTUEEE qualified candidates are informed that they need to appear for counselling procedure commencing from May 2022. Talking about the venue of counselling is University campus, Avadi, Chennai. It is also probable that the University will organize open counselling for students who appeared in JEE Main and those who couldn’t attend the VTUEEE counselling.

Candidates, interested for direct admission, may be called for appearing in the counselling subject of fulfilling all eligibility conditions of VTUEEE.

Documents Need to be Submitted for VTUEEE Counselling

 All successful candidates are required to submit following documents in original along with one set of photocopies:

• VTUEEE hall ticket;
• Class X and XII board certificate as date of birth proof;
• Class XII or its equivalent exam mark sheet;
• Community certificate needs be submitted by candidates who belong to reserved category;
• Nativity certificate should be submitted by candidates of Jammu and Kashmir region and North Eastern states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura.
• Demand draft of the requisite amount as mentioned in the VTUEEE information brochure. The draft should be drawn in favor of Vel Tech Dr.RR & Dr.SR Technical University”, payable at Chennai.

Note: Candidates will be allowed to attend the counselling process only after verification of their documents.

Facility of Appearing for Counselling Online

Candidates who failed to attend the counselling process in person they may appear for it in online mode. Such category aspirants need to pay an initial amount of Rs. 10,000/- online for Provisional Branch Allotment.
