UGAT Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants should meet the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The details regarding UGAT Eligibility criteria are mentioned below.

Candidate should have done 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
Students appearing in 10+2 are also eligible to apply.
AIMA UGAT Application Form 2024
It is expected that the AIMA UGAT application form will be available tentatively in February 2024. Candidates can register online at the official website link after the release of the notification.
Candidates must ensure that they satisfy all the required eligibility norms before filling out the application form. First, candidates have to complete the online registration for UGAT 2024 by giving details like name, contact number, email id etc.
Thereafter, fill out the application form with asked details such as educational qualifications, address, contact details, personal details etc.
Upload the scanned images of the required documents including a passport-size photograph, and signature.
Candidates have to pay the prescribed application fee to complete the application process.
Don’t forget to take the printout of the duly filled application form for future reference.
UGAT Application fee
The payment for UGAT online registration can be made online as well as offline modes.
The UGAT application fee will be Rs 750/- for all applicants.
Online payment can be done via Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card) and Net Banking.
For offline payment, candidates need to send a Demand Draft in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at Delhi.

UGAT Admit Card
The authority will release the AIMA UGAT admit for provisionally registered candidates tentatively in May 2024. Candidates must download their admit card from the official website link as per the schedule. To download the AIMA UGAT Hall ticket, candidates need to log in to the website by using their login credentials.
Admit Card will comprise details like Candidate’s Name, Roll No, application number, Test Date, Test Time, and exam venue address. It is an important document to carry at the examination centre. The official will not permit any candidate to appear in the exam without having a valid admit card.
AIMA UGAT Result
The result cum scorecard for UGAT will be announced in June 2024 (tentatively). Candidates have to download the UGAT 2024 scorecard from AIMA website after the release of the official notification. Candidates can download the UGAT result by providing their login credentials.
The result will comprise details like name & roll number of candidates, total marks scored in the exam, subject-wise marks, overall percentage etc. The candidates should take the printout of the scorecard and keep it safe for future reference.
UGAT Counselling Process
The process of UGAT Counselling will be held separately by various participating institutes/universities. Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam will be called to attend the counselling process based on their UGAT Cutoff marks.
Candidates should report at the allotted institute for further admission procedure as per the prescribed schedule. The UGAT Admission process will include various stages like filling out the registration form, GD/ PI rounds, document verification rounds etc.
During the counselling, candidates should bring the necessary documents for verification. Seats will be allocated based on total marks scored by the candidate, availability of seats, GD/ PI rounds & document verification.
