HPCET- Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test is the engineering entrance exam that is organized by Himachal Pradesh Technical University. The exam is conducted to grant admission to students to various technical courses of B. Tech and B. Arch in reputed engineering colleges of the state. Moreover, JEE Main scores are also considered valid. JEE Main is engineering exam conducted at national level in which students from across the length and breadth of India participate.
In order to appear in the exam students should have completed 17 years of age. Academically, the candidate must have completed 10+2 and should have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in senior secondary.
