Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are meeting with minimum eligibility conditions as notified by the University can apply for admission.

Common Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates should have obtained first class/grade in qualifying exam. Appearing candidates may apply.
• Candidates should be born on or after 1^st January, 2001.
• Candidates should have passed class 10^th or its equivalent exam with 60% marks

Dedicated Eligibility Conditions for B.E

• Candidates who have cleared HSC/10+2/ICSE or its equivalent exam with securing 60% or above marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in aggregate are eligible to apply.
• Candidates interested to join B.E program at Sathyabama University they need to appear for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the entrance test.

Dedicated Eligibility Conditions for B.Tech

• Candidates who have cleared HSC/10+2/ICSE or its equivalent exam with securing 60% or above marks in Physics, Mathematics/Biology and Chemistry in aggregate are eligible to apply.
• Candidates interested to join B.E program at Sathyabama University they need to appear for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the entrance test.

Dedicated Eligibility Conditions for B.Arch

• Candidates, who have cleared HSC/10+2/ICSE or its equivalent exam with securing 60% or above marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in aggregate and hold valid NATA exam score (minimum 80 marks out of 200), are eligible.
• Candidates interested to join B.Arch program at Sathyabama University they need to appear for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the entrance test.

Dedicated Eligibility Conditions for BDS

• Candidates who have cleared HSC/10+2/ICSE or its equivalent exam with securing 60% or above marks in Physics, Biology and Chemistry in aggregate are eligible to apply.
• Candidates interested to join B.E program at Sathyabama University they need to appear for Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the entrance test.

Application Form

Eligible candidates are permitted to apply for Sathyabama University entrance test either in online or offline mode. Expected month of issue of application form is December 2020. Candidates’ application must be submitted before the notified deadline without any fail.

Important Information Regarding Entrance Exam

• Before apply all candidates must ensure their eligibility by following the information furnished above.
• All questions will be asked based on class 12^th
• Candidates who are offered provisional admission they must submit relevant documents such as Transfer certificate, HSC mark sheets etc. before the notified deadline.
• After the admission, if any sort of discrepancy is found by the admission authority in candidate’s documents then his/her candidature will be cancelled automatically.

Admit Card

After completion of slot booking procedure, hall tickets of candidates will be downloaded from the official website of Sathyabama University in the month of April, 2021 (expected). Admit card contains information such as candidates’ name, address of allotted exam centre, examination timings and optional subject.

Result

All candidates who appeared in entrance test conducted by Sathyabama University can view their result in the month of May, 2021. Result of candidates will be uploaded at official admission portal of Sathyabama University.

Sathyabama University Entrance Test 2021 Counselling Procedure

Counselling procedure will be conducted by the Sathyabama University for all qualified candidates for offering provisional admission to them. For appearing in counselling process, candidates first need to download their counselling call letter. Candidates need to bring following listed documents while coming at counselling venue:

• Counselling call letter;
• NATA score card for candidates applying for B.Arch programme;
• Hall Ticket;
• HSC and class X mark sheet;
• Passport size photograph of candidate and his parents.
