RGUKT B.Tech admission 2022: Every year the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies offers admission into its Undergraduate program. B.Tech admission in RGUKT 2022 will be provided in the different RGUKT campuses located in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Eligibility Criteria for RGUKT Engineering Admission 2022
Candidates seeking B.Tech admission in RGUKT must fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to get enrolled in their choice of engineering discipline. Candidates can go through the details given below for checking their eligibility status for the RGUKT B.Tech admission 2022.
For R.K.Valley Campus (Andhra Pradesh)
Nationality: Indian or PIO/OCI cardholders.
Domicile: Candidates should be from Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifying examination: Candidates should have passed SSC (10th class) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Governments of Andhra Pradesh.
Age Criteria: Candidates should not be more than 18 years as on 31st December 2022 (21 years for students belonging to SC and ST categories).
For Basar Campus (Telangana)
Nationality: Indian or PIO/OCI cardholders.
Domicile: Candidates should be from Telangana.
Qualifying examination: Students must have passed SSC or class 10th exam held in 2022, in the first attempt.
Age criteria: The age of a student must not be more than 18 years as on 31st December 2022 (21 years for of SC/ST candidates).
Application form for RGUKT B.Tech Admission 2022
Candidates hailing from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana can fill the online application form for B.Tech admission in RGUKT 2022 from APOnline Services or from the alternative link given on the official website. However, International students can apply online via the official website. Candidates will need to pay a certain amount of application fee in order to submit the application form successfully. Incomplete application form or form received without payment will be rejected by the authorities. Students can pay the required fee through APOnline service centres or via online mode. Candidates are suggested to fill and submit the form early to avoid the last-minute mistake.

Documents required with the Application form
The following documents are to be sent to the officials via speed post/Registered along with the printout of the submitted online application form.
- Hall ticket of 10th class or its equivalent.
- Certificate showing the GPA of 10th class examination, like SSC / CBSE / ICSE / NIOS.
- NCC certificate (if applicable).
- Sports certificate(s) at the level of inter-district and above (if applicable).
B.tech Admission in RGUKT 2022- Admission Procedure
- Admissions to the first year of Integrated B.Tech Program (2022-2023) will be based on merit in the Grade Point Average (GPA) and Grade obtained by candidates in each subject and by following the statutory reservations of the State.
- For R.K Valley campus (Andhra Pradesh): Admission to 85% of total seats will be reserved for candidates hailing from Andhra Pradesh and the remaining 15% of the seats will be open to the students of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana states.
- For Basar campus (Telangana): Admission to 85% of total seats will be reserved for candidates hailing from Telangana and the remaining 15% of the seats will be open to the students of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana states.
- For International Students and students from states other than Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will get admission in supernumerary seats.
Selection Method
- Admissions will be based on merit obtained in the Grade Point Average (GPA) and Grade obtained in each subject.
- In case of multiple applications, last application will be considered.
- In case of a tie in GPA score, it will be resolved by the following options given sequence:
Higher grade in Mathematics,
Higher grade in General Science,
Higher grade in English,
Higher grade in Social Studies,
Higher grade in 1st Language,
Older candidate as per the Date of Birth,
Lowest random number obtained from the hall ticket number.
Note: If the tie is resolved with any of the checks in the chronological order mentioned above, the next option(s) will not be checked.
Counselling for RGUKT B.Tech Admission 2022
Candidates will be called for counseling process once their application is selected. They’ll be required to produce the original documents for verification. Candidates will need to report to the given address/campus for the counseling procedure-
