The Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra was established in 1943 when Dr R. K. Singh made his efforts to lay the foundation of the Institute. The college was started with normal Arts and Science courses and later, many other programmes specially masters course in Agriculture became the offerings of the college. Now, the institute offers various programmes in management, commerce, Computer Science, Biotechnology. Candidates can take admission in the institute to pursue the desired programme by submitting the application form which will be available on the official website of the institute. The Raja Balwant Singh College has various campuses located at different places. The main campus of the institute is located near the Central Jail, Khandari, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. It has its other campus located at Bichpuri Complex which is 12 KM away from the main campus of King Balwant Singh College in Agra. The campus has spread over 421 acres of land. The campus of the Agra College is well connected to the road and bus and rail network.
