MP PAHUNT Application Form: Important Guidelines 

• The application form will be submitted through the website i.e. mponline.gov.in.
• Click the appropriate link for Vyapam application form.
• Read all instructions furnished over there and then click the “Continue” button.
• All instructions as asked in the form need to be filled appropriately. No mandatory filled should be left unfilled.
• Upload your photograph and images with mentioned size and format.
• Now check all instructions provided by you warily and if the same found right then you can click the “submit” button. Otherwise, make necessary changes and then submit your form.
• After submission of the application form candidates need to click the “proceed to payment” button.
• Payment can be made through debit card/credit card.
• After making successful payment candidates need to take printout of confirmation receipt and keep it preserve for future reference.
• If you have internet banking facility then you can make payment through this also.

• For Unreserved category candidates: Rs.600/-
• For SC/ST/OBC/Disabled candidates (for permanent residents of MP state):Rs.300/-
