MP DMAT Counseling Procedure 2021

DMAT qualified candidates will be allotted seats through open counseling on the basis of personal appearances. Counseling process is organized by a committee which consists of:

• Nominee of AFRC.
• Admission Committee members.
• DMAT exam controller.
• Nominated member of APDMC, all the directors and deans of Dental/Medical colleges.

Important Instructions

• Candidates who are allotted seats in the first open counseling but fail to join the allotted institute, they can appear in second open counseling.
• Counseling programme will be available at the official website of respective institute and in leading newspapers.
• No traveling cost will be provided by the respective authority to attend the counseling procedure.
• No candidates are allowed to enter in the counseling area without showing their DMAT 2016 rank card.
• Candidates must need to bring original documents while coming to attend the counseling procedure.
• Document verification will be done in prior of the counseling. Once, candidates are found eligible as per their documents they will be further permitted to attend the counseling procedure.
• Candidates’ original documents will be also verified at the time of admission.
• Allotted college can’t be changed on mutual basis.
• The selection made by the respective institute will be final.
• Admission of a candidate gets confirmed only after submission of all-relevant documents, certificates and the balance course fee. However, original documents of candidates will be returned to them after completion of the internship programme.

List of Documents Need to be produced at the Time of Counseling

• DMAT rank card.
• Identity proof.
• Filled application form photocopy.
• Demand draft of requisite amount- Rs. 2,50,000/- (for MBBS programme), Rs. 1,25,000/- (for BDS programme) and Rs. 10,000/- (for B.Sc Nursing/BPT and other programmes. Demand draft should be drawn in favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal as tuition fee.
• GAP certificate, if necessary (affidavit).
• Counseling fee of Rs. 1000/-, payable in cash.

*Candidates who are fail to submit the demand draft at the time of counseling, they will have give an undertaking that he will pay the mentioned amount with three dates after date of counseling.
