Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for Maulana Azad Medical College Admission 2022 must fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
For MBBS:
- Candidates who have passed their class 12th or equivalent exam with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and Mathematics or any other elective subject are eligible given that they obtain 50% marks (45% for PH candidates and 40% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology.
- Those appearing in the class 12th exam can apply too.
- Qualifying NEET UG exam is also a mandatory condition.
For MD/ MS:
- Candidates should hold an MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized by the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
- The applicants should also have completed one year of internship or will complete before 31st March 2020.
- In addition to this, qualifying NEET PG exam is also necessary.
For M.Ch:
- A recognized post graduate medical degree (MD/ MS/ DNB) or provisional pass certificate or its equivalent is required in order to be eligible for MAMC Admission 2022.
- The candidates must also qualify the NEET SS exam to be considered for the admissions.
Application Form
- Candidates, who qualify the said examinations for the course they wish to apply for, can register themselves for MAMC admission 2022.
- The candidates will have to register by visiting the official website of MCC mcc.nic.in.
- In the registration form, basic personal details and information related to their NEET exam will be asked.
- To complete the registration process, the candidates will also have to upload their photograph, signature and other documents as required.
- Candidates will then have to make payment of registration fee after which they will be allowed to exercise their choice for institute.
Note: In addition to this, the candidates may also have to register themselves on the website of FMSC.
Choice Filling
- Candidates who register them successfully for the online counseling conducted by MCC can provide their choice for institute.
- Here, the candidates must provide Maulana Azad Medical College as their priority choice to get admission into this college.
- Once the choices are filled, the candidates are also required to lock the choices before the last date.
- Only the candidates who successfully fill and lock their choices will be considered for seat allotment.
Counseling Process
- After process of registration and choice filling is over, first round of online counseling of the candidates will begin.
- Seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of their NEET ranking and choices made by them.
- Candidates who are successfully allotted a seat into the Maulana Azad Medical College will have to report to the institute for admissions.
- The applicants who did not register for the first round or those who forfeit their seats can register for the second round of online counseling and do choice filling.
- Those who were not allotted a seat can directly proceed for choice filling without registering themselves again.
- Seats will be allotted again and those shortlisted for MAMC can visit the college to complete the admission formalities.
Admission Process
- Selected candidates are required to visit the college along with their important documents, original as well as photocopy.
- The candidates should complete the formalities of admission within the specified time limit or else they will forfeit their seats.
- Those who wish to participate in the second round of counseling must also complete the admission formalities so that if they do not get a seat in the second round, their allotted seat remain safe.
- In case, the candidate gets another college in the second counseling round, his/ her seat in the MAMC will get cancelled automatically.

- Admit card of the concerned NEET exam
- Result/ score card of the concerned NEET exam
- Matriculation or equivalent certificate showing date of birth of the candidate

- Character certificate issued by the Principle of school last attended or from any Gazetted Officer
- Category certificate, if applicable
- SC/ ST Certificate of the father of the candidate, if applicable
- Parents’ income certificate for OBC-NCL candidate, if applicable
- Disability Certificate, if applicable
- Entitlement Certificate for CWWAPP category, if applicable
- Affidavit in stamp paper of Rs. 10/- if there is a gap of six months or more from the last school attended
- Two passport size color photographs
- Two postcard size color photographs mentioning name and date on the front
- Address proof
- Security Bond on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (in the prescribed proforma)
