KU PGCET 2023: Application Form, Important dates, eligibility Criteria

Kakatiya University, Warangal, will invite applications from the eligible candidates for KU PGCET 2023 (Kakatiya University Post Graduate Common Entrance Test). Through KU PGCET 2023 scores, candidates can get admission into the PG, PG Diploma and 5-year Integrated M.Sc Programs available under the Constituent and Affiliated Colleges under Kakatiya University and its own campus for the academic session 2023-24.

• M.Sc Programme: Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Geology, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science
• M.A: English, Telugu, Hindi, Economics, Sanskrit, Political Science, History, Public Administration, Gender Studies, and Sociology
• MHRM, MTM, MSW, MCJ (Master of Mass Communication and Journalism), M.Com, M.Com (Financial Accounting), M.Com (Computer Applications), M.Com (Banking and Insurance)
• PG Diploma in Clinical Bio-Chemistry; Sericulture, MLISc (Master of Library and Information Science);
• M.Ed, M.P.Ed; M.Sc (MIT), 5 Year Integrated PG Program in M.Sc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry)

Eligibility Criteria

For PG & PG Diploma Programmes:

Candidates holding Bachelor degree in the relevant stream may apply.

Integrated Courses:

Applicants, who have completed or appeared for final year Intermediate Examination (BPC/ MPC) of 2023, can apply for 5-year Integrated M.Sc courses

KU PGCET 2023 Application Form: How to apply?

Aspirants can apply through online mode from the official website of university i.e. www.kudoa.in. Except online, candidates can also obtain the application form along with the information booklet from the Directorate of Admissions, Kakatiya University, Warangal against the payment of Rs.400/- either in cash or via a crossed demand draft drawn from any nationalized bank in favour of the “Registrar, KUCET A/c” payable at SBH, Kakatiya University, Warangal.

Moreover, the applications can also obtain through post by sending the demand draft, along with a self-addressed envelope duly affixing Rs.50/- postage stamps.

Candidates should submit the ICR applications along with two envelopes duly stamped to the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Kakatiya University- Warangal – Andhra Pradesh (506009).

Candidates can pay the registration fee at any TS/ AP Online centers or through online payment gateway i.e. Credit card / Net banking/ Debit card

The duly filled application form should be submitted at the counter concerned (or as otherwise notified) on or before the due date of submission.

Examination Pattern

The entrance exams in all the subjects, except M.P.Ed., will include 100 multiple-choice objective questions for the total of 100 marks.

For M.P.Ed programme:

The entrance test will consist of 75 multiple-choice objective questions for 75 marks; the rest of the 25 marks will be given by the Department of Physical Education, KU for the sports achievements of the applicants.

For MA (Sanskrit, Urdu, and Hindi), M.Sc (Food Science & Technology) and M.Sc (MIT) courses:

There will be no entrance test. However, the candidates have to submit the application form in response to the notification. The admission under such courses is made through candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination.
