KEE Counselling 2021: Date, Important Documents

The candidates who are declared as qualified in their entrance exam will be invited to participate in the KEE Counselling 2021. The process of counseling will hopefully begin after one week from the date of declaration of result. The complete details of the counseling process will be communicated to the candidates through the official website of Karunya University. The KEE Counselling 2021 will be held on the basis of the merit list of the candidates, prepared as per their entrance exam score.

Key Points related to KEE Counselling 2021

• The counseling process will commence tentatively from the month of May 2021. After the declaration of exam result, a merit list of the successful candidates will be drawn in the order of ranking. The counseling of candidates will be done strictly done according to this list.
• The candidates will have to be present at the counseling venue (university campus) along with all their documents in original and photocopy. The documents of the candidates will also be verified on the day of counseling. In addition to this, the eligibility of the candidates will also be verified.
• The candidates must report to the counseling venue as per the schedule communicated to them through the official website. No change in this schedule will be entertained.
• The candidates can provide their choice for course/ specialization in which they wish to be enrolled. While allotment of seat, the choice made by the candidate, their ranking, category, etc, will be taken into account.
• After the KEE Counselling 2021 procedure is over and the candidates are allotted a seat, they will be issued a provisional allotment letter.
• Those who fail to establish the genuineness of their certificates or are not found to be meeting the eligibility requirements will not be allotted any seat.
• The candidates are suggested to visit the official website regularly to get any information about the counseling process.

Admission Process

After the counseling process is complete and seat is allotted to the candidates, they will have to complete the formalities of admissions. The candidates will have to pay the tuition fee and submit their documents at the time of admission. Those who fail to do so within the prescribed time limit will lose their seat and their candidature will be cancelled.
