IIM Ranchi PGDM and PGDHRM Admission 2021

Courses details:

PGDHRM programme

This degree programme is considered on a pedagogy and course syllabus that seeks to offer wide extent business knowledge, appreciation and understanding of the application of HR learning, mastery of HR management concepts and awareness, and practices in a business context to its participants. The course is provided by eminent in-house and visiting staff members from the IIM organization, and academicians and specialists from other distinguished peer-level colleges and organizations.

PGDM programme

It is a 2 -year full-time residential course. It lasts 6 trimesters, extend over two years, with a summer project internship in between the 2 years.

IIM Ranchi Selection procedure

For PGDM course:

Applicants seeking admission in this course must appear for CAT 2020 (Common Admission Test), one of the most competitive entrance examinations in India, followed by a WAT (Written Ability Test) and PI (personal interview).

For PGDHRM Course:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the CAT score, total work experience and their academic record for PGDHRM admissions. After that, the final selection of candidate will be made on the basis of Written Ability Test (WAT) and PI (personal interview). The Written Ability Test and Personal Interview will be organized in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.
