Steps to fill Jharkhand Polytechnic Application Form
Step 1: Filling the application form
The Jharkhand Polytechnic 2023 Application Form is available on the official website jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. The link for the application form will also be provided on this page as soon as it becomes available.
In the application form, the candidates will have to provide personal details, education details, communication details and choice of examination center. The candidate will also be asked for a password, which must not be shared with anyone.
- Personal details: Name of the Applicant, Parent’s Name, Date of Birth, Category, Nationality, Email ID, Mobile Number, Type of Resident of Jharkhand, If Person with Disability (PWD), Annual Family Income, Muslim Minority (Yes/ No), Aadhaar Number, etc.
- Educational details: Name of the School, Name of the Board, Roll Number, Year of Passing, Percentage of Marks
- Communication details: Address, District, State, etc
- Choice of examination center: The candidates can select 2 cities for their written exam as per their choice.
After entering all the details, the candidate will have to click on the submit button.
The candidates will have to agree to the disclaimer, after reading it carefully and review the application form. The applicants can edit the form by clicking on the ‘Edit’ button or can click on the ‘Final Submit’ button.
The applicants will receive their application number which along with the password created can be used by the candidates for future login.
Step 2: Uploading scanned documents
A scanned copy of the recent colored photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression will be uploaded in the application form. The photograph of the candidate must show the face and both ears very clearly. The edited photograph must not be uploaded as it is liable to rejection.

Step 3: Payment of application fee
After successful uploading of documents, the next step will be the submission of application fee. The application fee can be paid through online payment gateway using debit card/ credit card/ net banking/ bank collect. The structure of the application fee is given below:

After the successful payment of the application fee, the candidates should take out a printout of the application form and keep it safe for further use.
