GOA ITI Admission 2023: The Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship annually invites applications for admission in different engineering and non-engineering trades offered by the Industrial Training Institute (ITIs) located in the state of Goa. Candidates need to fill the application form to be eligible for Goa ITI admission 2023. They also need to go through the eligibility criteria and check if they satisfy the necessary conditions specified by the authority. Ineligible candidates won’t be considered for admission in Goa ITI.
The authority will select the candidates strictly as per their performance in respective qualifying examination i.e. class 8th and class 10th depending upon the trade they seek admission in. The authority will publish a merit list on the official website of the Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to shortlist the candidates for admission in different govt. and private ITIs in the state.

Goa ITI admission 2023 Application form
The application form cum prospectus of Goa ITI admission can be purchased from the nearest ITI. Before filling the form, candidates should keep their relevant documents ready as they need to attest the same with the form. The details in the form should be filled with extreme care as no correction can be done if the form is submitted successfully.
Candidates should paste their photograph in the space provided in the form. They need to submit the form along with the photocopies of the relevant documents to the office of nearby ITI. Incomplete applications or those received without the application fee will be rejected by the authority.
The form must be submitted on or before the deadline specified by the authority.
Goa ITI admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for admission in ITI located in the state of Goa are provided below-
Age criteria: The age of the candidates should not be less than 14 years old as on 1st August 2023. For short term courses, the age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years old.
Domicile: Candidates should be a domicile of Goa i.e. they should have been residing in Goa for at least 10 years.

For engineering Trades
- Information and communication technology system maintenance: Passed class 10th with science and mathematics as subjects.
- Fitter: Candidates should have passed class 10th with mathematics and science as subjects under 10+2 system of education.
- Turner: Passed class 10th with mathematics and science as subjects under 10+2 system of education.
- Machinist: Passed class 10th exam from a recognized board with science and mathematics as subjects.
- Electrician: Candidates should have passed class 10th with mathematics and science as subjects from a recognized board.
- Instrument mechanic: Candidates should have passed class 10th with mathematics and science as subjects from a recognized board.
- Draughtsman: Passed class 10th with mathematics and science as subjects under 10+2 system of education.
- Mechanic motor vehicle: Passed class 10th with mathematics and science as subjects.
- Welder: Passed class 10th examination from a recognized board.

Goa ITI 2023 Admission Procedure and Counselling
- Candidates will be selected for admission in government and private ITIs on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the qualifying exam i.e. class 8th and class 10th depending on the trade.
- A common merit list will be drawn by the authority to shortlist the candidates for admission. However, separate merit list will be prepared for class 8th qualified trades.
- Selected candidates will then be invited to attend the counselling process where they will be allotted a seat subjected to their merit rank, and availability of seat in the concerned ITI.
- Candidates will also undergo the document verification phase where they need to produce their original document to get them verified by the officials.
- Candidates need to pay the admission fee and complete the formalities pertaining to the Goa ITI admission.
