GMAT 2023: Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) is responsible for organizing GMAT exam throughout the year. GMAT is an International level examination conducts for providing admission to MBA courses throughout the world. There are a large number of institutions in foreign countries which consider GMAT scores to offer admission. This exam held to check candidate’s analytical writing and problem-solving skills along with data sufficiency, addressing logic, and critical reasoning abilities. Candidates can attempt for GMAT five times in a year and each attempt should be at least sixteen days apart. Aspirants who want to appear in GMAT 2023 should submit the GMAT Application form as per the prescribed schedule.

GMAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Below, candidates can find the basic eligibility criteria for GMAT examination 2023.
Age bar
- The minimum age limit to appear in GMAT exam is 18 years.
- There will be no upper age limit.
Number of attempts
- Candidates can take this exam five times within a year.
- There must be at least 16 days gap before rescheduling the GMAT exam
- Candidates can attempt for GMAT Exam 8 times in total.
Qualification Required:
- Candidates should have done graduation degree from any recognized institution or university.
- Moreover, some universities/ institutions set their own eligibility criteria that candidates also have to satisfy at the time of admission.
GMAT Registration 2023
The Registration for GMAT exam conducts online throughout the year. Interested and eligible candidates can register themselves for the exam as per their suitability by visiting the official link. Candidates can select the exam dates and exam center, according to their choice. Please note down, you can register up to 6 months earlier to the chosen test date. During the online registration, candidates have to enter their profile details, schedule exam, and confirm exam details. To complete registration, they have to pay necessary exam fee. Candidates are allowed to take the exam 5 times within a year and single time in one month. Don’t forget to take the printout of a registration form for future references.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay US $250 (approximately Rs. 17027.5 in India) as GMAT application fee. The payment can be made through MasterCard/ Visa/American Express/JCB cards. In addition, the fee can also be paid through Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, and Personal Checks.
Examination Pattern
The details of GMAT exam pattern are given below:
- It is a Computer Based Test (CBT)
- The duration of the exam is 3.5 to 4 hours (approx).
- GMAT held for maximum of 800 marks.
- Candidates are allowed to take two optional eight-minute breaks during the test.
- The exam will comprise of four subjects i.e. Verbal, Analytical Reasoning, Quantitative and Integrated Reasoning.

Admit Card
There will be no Admit card/hall ticket given by the officials for GMAT exam. After the successful registration, candidates have to download the confirmation letter. This letter will comprising all important details related GMAT 2023 exam such as candidate’s name, registration number, test date and test center.
Applicants are advised to verify all details mentioned in the confirmation letter carefully. Don’t forget to take a printout of confirmation letter as it works as admit card and hall ticket for appearing the examination.
GMAT Syllabus 2023
The syllabus of GMAT covers four sections namely Analytical Writing, Verbal Skills, Quantitative section, and Integrated Reasoning section.

GMAT 2023 Result
Once you completed your exam, an unofficial GMAT SCORES 2023 for all sections will be displayed on your computer screen. Candidates will be given 2 minutes to decide whether to accept or cancel their score. If the given time expired before making any decision, the score will be automatically canceled.
If candidate accepts the result, then candidate and institution of his/her choice can view the result. In case of cancellation, the score won’t be sent to any of the institution/schools chosen by the candidate. The official GMAT score card will be published within three weeks of the examination date. Candidates can check/download their result from the official website.
