About
The University campus is located on NH-52 at District Namsai in Arunachal Pradesh with a very pleasant and naturally green environment. The Arunachal University of Studies (ASU) has been established in 2012 by an act of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. This is the first university in the Eastern Region of Arunachal Pradesh. The university offers various educational programmes after secondary and senior secondary education in different disciplines of Arts, Fine Arts, Law, Commerce, Library, Agriculture and Horticulture, Education, Management, Computer Science, and Information Science, Music, Vocational Studies, Engineering & Technology, and many others. The university is from Dibrugarh Airport is 2 hours away from the university campus and Tinsukia Railway Station is 72 kilometres far from the campus along with road connectivity.

Admission Process
The Arunachal University of Studies (AUS) offers admission in various disciplines which candidates can apply for admission through the offline mode. Candidates will be required to buy the admission prospectus from the university campus which will be with the testimonial and the application form. Candidates need to fill and post the application form to the assigned address. The university is planning to provide the online option of the application form submission very soon. UGC has made a provision that 2 seats will be reserved for the candidates belonging to the state of Jammu &Kashmir under supernumerary quota.
