DBT JRF Application Form 2022 To be Out in April 2022

DBT JRF Application Form 2022 is expecting to be released in the third week of April 2022. The interested candidates hoping to get the fellowship in Biotechnology can submit their applications. The application form will be released and submitted only in online mode. However, the candidates must make sure that they meet all the DBT JRF eligibility criteria 2022 before applying. All the candidates whose applications are submitted on or before the last date will be able to download the DBT JRF Admit Card and appear for the test.

How to fill DBT JRF Application Form 2022?

The candidates will be able to fill their DBT JRF Application Form 2022 in online mode. The whole process will include candidates’ registration, filing of details in form, uploading documents, and submitting the form and the fees.

Step 1: Registration

The candidates will have to register themselves for the exam and get user id and password.

• Go to the official website bcil.nic.in and click on ‘apply online’ link.
• Next, click on ‘new registration’ to get the registration form.
• Enter your name, date of birth, email id, mobile number and captcha in the form.
• Click on ‘I agree’ after reading the declaration and submit the form.
• A unique user id and password will be generated and sent to the registered email id and mobile number.

Step 2: Filling application form

The registered users will be able to sign into their profile and fill the details into the application form.

• Go to the official website bcil.nic.in and click on ‘applicant login’ link.
• Enter your user id and password to login in your account.
• Read all the instructions carefully and click on ‘continue’.
• Now, provide all the mandatory information as asked in the application form.
  • Personal Details: Gender, Category, Marital Status, Physically Handicapped, Correspondence, and Permanent Address
  • Qualifying Exam Details: Qualifying Exam, Respective Subject, Exam Status, University Name, Percentage of Marks Obtained and Date of Passing
• After providing these details, click on ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed to the next section.

Step 3: Documents upload

In the next section, the candidates will have to upload the important documents in the scanned format in the application form.

 After uploading the documents, click on ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed to fee payment.

Note:

• The following documents can be submitted for Date of Birth proof: DOB certificate in English or if in regional language then a declaration in English, SSC Certificate, PAN Card or Passport.
• Applicants appearing for the exam in 2022 will have to upload scan copy of form in qualifying exam certificate duly filled and signed by HOD/ HOI.

Step 4: Application fee payment

The last step will be the selection of test city preference and submit the applicable fees.

• Provide any three choices for the exam center in the form. The applicable test fee will be displayed after that.
• Select the mode of fee payment from net banking and card payment.
• Now, check the application form, read the declaration, and submit the form.
• You will be redirected to the payment gateway for fee submission.
• Pay the required fee, download the acknowledgment receipt and the application form, and keep them safe for future reference.

Application fee

• The application process will only be complete after the successful payment of the application fee.
• The application fee once submitted will neither be refunded nor transferred.
• Candidates belonging to General/ OBC category will have to pay Rs. 1000/- as application fee.
• SC/ ST/ PH candidates are exempted from application fee payment.
