- Dates for the class 10th and class 12th (both regular & vocational courses) board exams will be released through a single time table.
- No candidates will be allowed to appear for the exam on the dates other than the one mentioned in the time table.
- For appearing in the exam, admit card will be made available to the candidates. Candidates can ask their school for more information related to the admit card.
- The total duration of the exam will be 3 hours 15 minutes (most expectedly), out of which first 15 minutes will be reserved for reading the question paper.
- No writing of the answers will be allowed in the first 15 minutes and attempt to do so can lead to disqualification.

- Go to the official website of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education cgbse.nic.in.
- Now, click on the ‘download’ tab that appears on the top of the page.
- Click on the ‘Pariksha’ tab present on the screen.
- You can now see different links available on this page.
- Search and click on the link for CG Board Date Sheet 2024 (samay sarni).
- The date sheet for class 10 and 12 will appear on the new page.
- Carefully check the dates for your class and subjects and appear for the exam accordingly.
- In you wish to download the time table, click on the download button on the top of the page.
Important Instructions for Exam
Candidates must keep in mind certain important things that they should follow at the exam center. Those not following these instructions as guided may be debarred from appearing in the board exams.
- You need to carry the admit card to each and every exam or else you will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
- Do not make any noise inside the exam hall. Even if you have any question, simply raise your hand and wait for the invigilator’s permission.
- Candidates are not allowed to leave the exam hall before the duration of the exam is over. Washroom breaks may be allowed by the invigilator.
- Eating or drinking inside the exam hall is prohibited.
- No candidate is allowed to take the answer sheet with him/ her. The answer sheet must be duly submitted at the end of the paper.
- You must show your admit card when asked by the invigilator. Refusal to do so will result in cancellation of candidature.
- Talking to other students sitting inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited.
- Candidates must only sit at the desk allotted to them. On the allotted desk, the roll number of the candidates will be mentioned.
- Open the answer sheet only after the bell for the same goes on or as instructed by the invigilator, as applicable.
- Hand over your answer sheet to the invigilator once the duration of exam is over.
