ASSO-CET Eligibility Criteria
Below mentioned details are the important highlights regarding ASSO-CET. Let’s have a look:
- The Applicants must hold a permanent citizenship of India.
- Interested candidates must be born on or before December 31, 1998 for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes.
- Candidates will have to show a certificate of medical fitness.
- In order to get admission to MBBS or BDS courses candidates have essentially secure at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB in HSC exam. For reserved category candidates this percentage is 40%.
- In order to get admission to BSc Nursing candidates have essentially secure at least 45% aggregate marks in PCB in HSC exam. For reserved category candidates this percentage is 40%.
- In order to get admission to course excluding MBBS and BDS candidates must pass in class 12th (HSC) examination.
ASSO-CET Application Form: How to apply?
It will be possible to obtain the ASSO-CET application form from March, 2016 (tentative). Candidates can fill the application form in online mode. All candidates are advised to fill up the application form very appropriately to avoid cancellation of application. ASSO-CET Exam Pattern
Please have a look on the ASSO-CET exam pattern specified below. All candidates are required to have a look on the exam pattern first as it will help you to do preparation in a planned manner.
- ASSO-CET exam will be for 3 hours and there will be 200 multiple choice questions.
- Among 200 multiple choice questions, 50 questions will be asked from Physics, 50 from Chemistry and 100 from Biology.
- Each right answer will carry 1 mark and there will be no negative mark for wrong answer.

ASSO-CET admit card will be available to download by candidates from the month of May, 2016.
