Assam Polytechnic Admission Test Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying for Assam Polytechnic Admission Test 2024. The details regarding eligibility criteria are mentioned below.
Indian nationals who are permanent residents of Assam (except central govt. employees’ quota) are eligible to apply for the exam.

Assam PAT 2024 Application Form
Interested candidates who want to apply for the Assam Polytechnic Admission test are advised to read the important instructions and eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. Assam Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) Syllabus
Understanding of syllabus is important before starting the exam preparation. The Assam PAT syllabus 2024 will cover various topics studied in the class 10th syllabus of the Assam Board. The paper will consist the questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and English subjects. The authority will release the Assam PAT syllabus online on its website.
Assam PAT 2024 Admit Card
It is expected that the admit card will be available in June 2024. The authority will release the admit card on its official website. Candidates who registered for the exam will be allowed to download the admit card by entering their registration number and password.
The admit card will comprise important details related to the exam such as the candidate’s roll number, name, date and time of the exam, etc. Candidates must carry the Assam Polytechnic Admission Test 2024 admit card to the examination centre while appearing for the exam.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2024 Result
The authority will announce the Assam PAT result online a few days after the completion of the exam. Candidates who appeared in the exam will be able to check or download the result by entering their roll number and date of birth.
The result will be prepared by the authority based on the candidate’s overall performance in the entrance exam. A separate merit list will also be released on the basis of total marks and subject-wise marks secured by candidates in the exam. The candidates are advised to take the printout of the result for future reference.
Assam Polytechnic cut-off 2024
After the announcement of the result, the authority will publish the cut-off marks through online mode. The cut-off marks are the minimum qualifying marks that a candidate needs to achieve to become eligible for the admission process. The cut-off marks will be different for various participating colleges.
The Assam PAT cut-off marks will be released category-wise and course-specific-wise for all the participating institutes of the exam. It will be decided after considering various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, availability of seats, number of test-takers, change in admission policy, etc.
Assam Polytechnic Admission Counselling 2024
Qualified candidates will be invited for counselling process based on their merit rank. The process of counselling will be commenced soon after the announcement of the Assam PAT result. Selected candidates must appear in the counselling as per the prescribed schedule.
It will be held in online mode. The document verification and interview will be conducted at the time of counselling. Candidates must bring important documents such as a 10th/12th mark sheet, character certificate, admit card, result card, id proof, category certificate, etc. for the verification process.
