How to Apply for Assam ITI Admission 2023?

• Candidates who want to participate in the e-counseling for ITI admission have to fill all their details on the counseling website i.e. www.itiassam.nic.in
• Fill all the particulars carefully and correctly. After filling the details, take the printout of the same. Candidate should not forget their password filled during the registration.
• Thereafter, the candidate should go to the nearest Govt. ITI for verification of documents with the details filled during registration, as per the prescribed schedule.
• Once the verification has been done successfully, the candidates will be allowed for filling his choices for counselling.
• The online registration is one-time process and it will be valid till the counselling.
• The applicants have to fill their choices & save the same within the specific time period as stated by the DE&CT Assam in counselling schedule.
• After the completion of the choice filling process, all filled choices of all registered applicants will be taken for allotment of seats as per candidate’s merit and category.
• The candidate should take the printout of his seat allotment letter & visit the allotted ITI for accepting the admission.

Some important points for Choice filling

• Candidates are suggested to fill as many choices carefully as preferred from the available list of choices.
• The list which comprises the choices of courses will be available to candidates as per their qualification and eligibility.
• For NCVT, SCVT and SCVT under IMC courses, the course list will be available separately. The candidate of the respective district may choose for admission in relevant ITI of their district, where such programmes exist.
• Choices of courses can be filled only after the successful verification of registration details by the Govt. ITI.
• Candidate can arrange/filter the available choices as course wise & institution wise during the choice filling process.
• After completing the process of choice filling for Assam ITI admission, it is important to save the choices. Otherwise, all the choices will be deleted.
