Eligibility Criteria for AP PGLCET 2022
The eligibility criteria for AP PGLCET is as follows-
Nationality and Domicile: Candidates should be an Indian National and should satisfy the local/non-local status of Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifying Examination (Q.E): Candidates should hold a valid LLB/BL degree from a recognized institute/university.
Percentage Required: OC and BC candidates must have obtained minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in the Q.E.
Note: Candidates appearing in the final year of LLB/BL can also apply.
AP PGLCET 2022 Application Form
Candidates can fill the application form via online mode i.e. by visiting the official website. First of all, they need to pay the required fee for the exam. Only after paying the fee, candidates can proceed for filling the application form. Candidates can check their payment status before filling the form. To apply for the exam, candidates must enter the details of the payment reference ID, Qualifying examination hall ticket number, Mobile number, DOB etc. The details in the form must be filled very carefully. The application form includes information like- candidate’s personal details, educational qualification, address, Parent’s details etc. Candidates will also need to fill the preference of the test centers as per their convenience. Before submitting the form, they must upload the scanned photograph and signature in the form. They should also preview the form before making the final submission.
Application Fee
Applicants must pay the application fee of Rs. 850/- (processing charges applicable) either by cash at APOnline Center or by money transfer by Debit/Credit/Net Banking modes.

IPR & other laws: Copyright Act, 1957, Patents Act, 1970, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, Human Rights, The Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993, Salient features of Information Technology Act, 2000 and Right to Information Act 2005.
Mercantile law: General Principles of Contract (Sections. 1-75, Indian Contract Act-1872).
Labour law: Trade Union Act 1926, Industrial Disputes Act 1947
Crimes and torts: Torts: General principles of Tort, Defences, Joint liability, State liability for torts, Consumer Protection Act, 1986, Indian Penal Code -General Principles & General Exceptions.

Preparation Tips for AP PGLCET 2022
To score well in the exam, candidates should put forward their best effort. Here are some tips that will help them succeed in the exam-

AP PGLCET 2022 Admit Card
Aspirants can download their hall ticket from the official website. To download the admit card, they need to provide payment reference ID, Registration number, Qualifying examination hall ticket, Mobile number, and DOB. Candidates should carry the admit card in the exam hall along with the valid ID proof. Those who do not possess the same will not be allowed to take the exam.
AP PGLCET Result and Counselling
Aspirants can check their AP PGLCET 2022 result through the official website. The authority will announce the result most probably in the 1st week of May. A merit list will be prepared according to the marks secured by the candidates in the exam. Selected candidates will undergo the counselling procedure where they need to provide the preference of college and course. On the basis of the merit rank, seat availability and preference marked by the candidates, the authority will allot a seat to them. Candidates need to report to the concerned college to finish the admission related formalities.
