About Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education
The Board of Secondary Education of Andhra Pradesh is also known as Directorate of Government Examinations. It funstions as an autonomous body under Andhra Pradesh Department of Education. The board is responsible for regulating and supervising the system of Secondary education in Andhra Pradesh. It perform various activities as in making course of study, making syllabus, conducting examination, granting recognition to schools, providing support and direction for all secondary education that fall under the purview of its jurisdiction.
Examination of Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education
Directorate of Government Department is exclusive and independent department that operates under the ministry of secondary education, Government of Andhra Pradesh. It conducts SSC and OSSC exams. SSC and OSSC exams is conducted twice a year. In addition to SSC and OSSC other exams conducted are 1st year and 2nd year D.Ed public exams, C.I.I.Sc exams and Head Masters Test account, Professional advancement test for teachers, National talent search examinations, Technical certificate course examination, Technical TTC examination, LPT examinations and National Means cum merit scholarship examinations.
Pattern of Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education
For SSC the pattern of the exam by Andhra Board is simple. Different subjects are accessible for students. Marks in each subjects are calculated and totalled to decide the percentage scored by the student in the year. Both 1st year and 2nd year the same pattern is followed. The division scored by the student is decided on the basis of percentage scored. It is the first board to adopt 10+2+3 pattern of education. The boards exams are conducted twice a year. Annual exams are conducted in March/April and supplementary board exams are conducted in June/July.

Result Declaration of Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education
The result for class 10th Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education is declared in the month of May. Usually, it is mid of may. The Andhra Inter results comprises two results-first year results and second year results. First year result is called AP inter junior result and Second year result is called AP inter senior year result.
