The Bar Council of India conducts AIBE 2023 in order to scrutinize an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India. The application form for the upcoming All India bar examination 2023 is likely to release by third week of December 2022. All qualified candidates will receive “Certificate of Practice” by the Bar Council of India. The exam is conducted at 40 different exam centers across the country.
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for AIBE 2023. There is no age cap has been prescribed for taking AIBE exam. The exam will be conducted in offline mode and there will be no negative marking in the exam.

AIBE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The minimum eligibility criteria for AIBE 2023 are discussed below:

AIBE 2023 Application Form
AIBE 2023 application form will be released online at the official website of All India Bar Examination https://allindiabarexamination.com/.
Please keep the following documents ready before you apply for AIBE exam 2023:
- Advocate ID card (if issued by State Bar Council)
- Scanned photo & signature
- Enrollment Certificate
- Disability certificate (if applicable)

Step 1: You need to visit the official website of AIBE and click the Register Now button.
Step 2: Fill AIBE 2023 registration form online and upload your documents. After registration, you will receive the registration number and password to your mobile number and email ID.
Step 3: Now login to your account https://allindiabarexamination.com/.
Step 4: The registration details will be displayed on the screen. Hit print Challan button.
Step 5: Go to a SBI branch and make payment against the registration fee using challan.
Step 6: Take printout of the duly-filled AIBE application form.
Application Fee
- For General/OBC category candidates: Rs. 3560/-
- For SC/ST: Rs. 2560/-
It is compulsory to upload SC/ST certificate to avail relaxation in fee.
AIBE 2023 Exam Pattern
- Questions’ type: All questions will be multiple-choice questions only.
- Exam Mode: AIBE entrance test will be held in offline mode. Candidates should enter their answers on the OMR sheet.
- Language mode: 11 languages and candidates can choose one of the 11 languages of the exam.
- of questions: There will be 100 questions in total.
- Duration of exam: The entrance exam will be conducted over duration of 3 hours & 30 minutes.
- Marking scheme: For each correct answer, 1 mark will be added.
- Negative marking: There will be no negative marking in the exam.
