NCHMCT JEE Counselling Process

• Selected candidates will have to register online for NCHMCT JEE for seat allotment in the first and second Round of Counselling.
• Candidates must ensure their credentials including Category and Personal Information at the time of registration.
• All registered candidates should have filled their choices of colleges/institutes as per their merit rank and fix the same.
• The list of institutes will be valid for 2 rounds of seat allotment
• During the second round of NCHMCT JEE Counselling, candidates can perform the online alterations and lock them.
• NCHMCT JEE Online Seat Allotment will be made o the basis of candidate’s AIR (All India Rank), availability of the seats and preference of choices.
• Candidates are notified that there will be no provision of sending personal allotment letters to candidates through post.

The candidates who have been offered a seat will be needed to available at the designated admission centre physically for the documents verification. The candidates must deposit the fees of 44250 INR (approx) which includes 1000 INR as counselling fee and 43250 INR is for the fees towards first semester of the candidate. The candidate must ensure that he is carrying the proof of the E-Challan with him at the venue of NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2020. The candidates can submit the fees through State Bank of India, online.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling Schedule 2021

• The process of Online Registration and Choice filling for 1st and 2nd Round of Counselling will start from: May 2021
• Date of choice locking: May 2021
• Date of release of first round of seat allotment: To be announced 
• The candidates can apply for Remote admission at Admission Centres after 1st Round Allotment as soon as 1st round is over: To be announced 
• The institute will list the Vacancy due to Non-Reporting: To be announced 
• The candidate can make the modification in choices made earlier for 2nd round of Counseling (Online): To be announced 
• The 2nd Round of Seat Allotment is scheduled to take place: To be announced 
• 2nd round of Remote admission at Admission Centres (Fresh Allottee only )after 2nd Round Allotment can be availed by the candidates: To be announced 
• The list of Vacancy due to Non-Reporting after 2nd round of couselling will be out for candidates: To be announced 
• The remaining seats will be filled by SPOT round of Counseling, Registration, Document Verification, Fee Deposit, Choice filling & Locking at all Admission Centres: To be announced 
• The candidates will be allotted SPOT Round Seat Allotment: To be announced

The candidates will be provided with a tentative date for Physical reporting at allotted Institutes by all candidates who have allotted a seat in any rounds and submission of Hostel preferences.

The candidates must check for Hostel Allotment and Results on the website in the month of May 2021 tentatively. The classes and semester are scheduled to start from July 2021 onwards. The students who want to withdraw their admission due to any circumstances can also apply for the same in July 2021 (tentatively).
