The 37th AAHAR – The International Food and Hospitality Fair is most likely to be organized in April 2024 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The opening hours of the exhibition will be from 10AM to 6PM every day. Interested and eligible exhibitors can register online through the official website of India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO). Registration is a mandatory step for online stall booking. Who can participate in AAHAR 2024?
Let’s check who are eligible to take part in 37th AAHAR fair 2024:
- Suppliers, Manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, importers and exporters of products and services, educational and research institutions, etc
- Agencies, Govt. Departments, Civil Service Agencies, Statutory Bodies, State Owned Enterprises/Public Sector Units (PSUs), Industry Associations and non-profit organizations (NGOs)
AAHAR 2024 Registration
Interested exhibitors are required to visit the official website of India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO)- https://domesticbooking.indiatradefair.com/. Here are the steps of registration:

Step 1: Sign-Up / User Registration
Select your country, enter your company/firm/entity name, provide mobile number, email address and create password. Click the submit button to complete the registration. You’ll be asked for OTP verification. After verification, you’ll receive a confirmation message on your email and mobile number.
Step 2: Login
You can login using your email ID or mobile number and password. Upon login you’ll be able to access Company Registration Form.
Step 3: Company Registration
If you have not yet registered your company/firm then you can register the same after login.
Please keep the following documents ready-
- PAN (Mandatory)
- GSTIN (If Applicable)
- Bank Account Documents
Check and agree to the declaration and click on Next after filling the application form. You’ll receive the following message after you submit your form successfully.
Now you can click on Register for the Event Now button to register for an upcoming event.
Step 4: Fair Registration
You need to go to All Exhibitions followed by Upcoming Exhibitions. The list of Upcoming Exhibitions would appear on the screen:
Click the Register button for registration for a fair-
Further, you’ll need to confirm your GSTIN. Please note GSTIN once confirmed won’t be changed under any circumstances.
Click the NEXT button and you’ll be redirected to setup your bank account.
Click the Submit button to finish the Fair registration process. Following message would appear on screen.
Step 5: Verification on Dashboard
After you complete all above step, you can verify your Fair Registration after login to your dashboard.
Congratulations! You are now successfully registered for AAHAR 2024 fair.
AAHAR 2024 Visitor Registration
It is being expected that there will be more than 700 stalls in AAHAR 2024 fair. The date of fair is yet to be confirmed officially. Visitors can enter through the following gates:
- Those are coming through metro they need to enter through GATE number-10 at Supreme Court Metro Station.
- Those are coming using personal vehicle or public transport they need to enter through GATE number-03 at Bhairon Marg.
